ROCPLEX Flexible Plywood

ROCPLEX bendable plywood sheets come in standard 2440×1220 mm (4×8 ft) size with thicknesses from 2 mm up to 9 mm AA‑grade, available in both long‑grain and cross‑grain options; ideal for curved furniture, arches, column wraps, reception desks, and interior paneling, made formaldehyde‑free with strong, warp‑resistant, moisture‑tolerant multi‑ply construction.

ROCPLEX Flexible Plywood is a bendable panel built using specially aligned thin veneers. These layers are bonded with high-quality adhesive to ensure strength while allowing significant flexibility across the grain.

Unlike standard plywood, the grain direction is oriented in one direction. This lets the panel bend smoothly without surface breakage or cracking. The bending radius can be adjusted depending on thickness, typically allowing curves as tight as 25–30cm.
